In the main building hotel rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Food is ok. Helpful staff. Pleasant evening programs/music shows each night. The main building is nice but I'v seen nicer 4star hotels for the rate they charge.

Not fair to charge extra price for the rooms which are facing the sea, because you do not see the shore at all from your balcony. Indoor pool is closed and outdoor pools are not for swimming because of the crowd. Do not drink coctails:expensive and not good. Rooms in the Village part of the complex are far bellow 4star! Dripping aircondition, fridge not functioning, wet and low ceiling, strange smell. All in all we do not reccomend the family rooms located in the separate buildings.

We loved the clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel facilities, especially the pools with waterslides, were great for families with kids. Breakfast had a good variety, including options for those with dietary restrictions. The staff was friendly and helpful, even surprising us with a special anniversary celebration.

The pool area is good and the rooms are nice and clean. Possibility to play soccer or basketball. The restaurant manager was polite and tried his best to compensate error.

The reception staff was unpolite at the date of arrival and the date of departure. The place is a resort and the distance is too long to walk to the city. No view to sea from the resort. We had the halfboard and we knew that all the drinks were excluded but we didn't even have the chance to ask for water during 3 course dinner since none of the waiters were interested. And we hit the low season with only few customers. Hotel reception commented that it was our own fault that we didn't leave the dinner to complain about it and it was too late to cry about it afterwards... Expensive compared to for example Valamar hotels which were a lot nicer.

Be sure to take a halfboard. We are thrilled with the choice and quality of food for dinner.

The location of our resort was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the variety of food choices offered, including vegetarian and lactose-free options.

The waiter at dinner can't ask what you would like to drink. Therefore, we have repeatedly lost our drinks.

Staying at the hotel is pleasant because the residence is near the beach and gardens, providing a refreshing breeze and beautiful scenery. the bathroom and room are kept clean and tidy with daily towel changes. Breakfast is delicious and cooked well, and the staff are friendly. the hotel has excellent kids’ rooms, playgrounds, and aquapark facilities that will entertain children for hours.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the sea and on the beach. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent, with room service, laundry, and all the necessary amenities provided in our room. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, mini-bar, and the comfortable sitting area. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The dining options were great, with a buffet breakfast and a restaurant that served delicious food. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and jacuzzi. The entertainment provided was also top-notch, with a variety of activities and a game room for the kids. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

Food and nature, good staff

Ants in the room, the problem with parking - there's no special person in the parking place and you have yourself to look for free space, loud music until 12 at night, we have to wear myself bags and suitcases in the rooms, wireless is in the lobby only and it was far from our building, rocky beach - my legs were surprised ( I think that all it's too much for 4 star hotel

Irritatinggly slow waiters at the bars, too much "instant food" on the menues, kids pool wasn't clean enough.
